The AI Agents Certification helped me stop treating AI as an experiment and actually apply it in client projects. I built agents that handle ticket routing, monitor system alerts, and generate weekly status reports automatically. These used to take hours of manual effort. Now clients see faster response times and I can focus on solving the bigger technical problems.

Product management involves endless follow-ups and updates.
